- Fostering a culture where no concern is too minor, and team members always feel comfortable seeking his advice.
- Committing to the growth of the firm by assisting with Zanacorp accounting client work prior to the acquisition completing, and assisting with the integration of the Zanacorp practice post completion.
- Actively being involved in the recruitment and training of five new Accountants to ensure client work continued to be completed on time.
- Demonstrating a high level of respect and professionalism due to his polite, courteous and engaging nature with clients and staff.
- Remaining calm and positive during a time of change and offering solutions when challenges were presented.
