Carolyn joined Kidmans Partners in 2016 following the merger with her family firm, Robert Jan + Associates, a highly regarded practice established by her father in 1949.

A Fellow of CPA Australia, Carolyn brings extensive experience with more than three decades in public practice, advising clients on accounting, taxation, business strategy, and estate planning matters. She has broad cross-industry experience, with a particular focus on medical professionals and high-net-worth individuals.

Carolyn is known for her considered, strategic approach and her ability to deliver clear, practical advice in complex situations. She is dedicated to supporting her clients’ long-term financial wellbeing, providing tailored solutions that align seamlessly with both business and personal objectives at every stage of life.

Outside of her professional commitments, Carolyn prioritises health and wellbeing through regular fitness and enjoys time spent with her family and her dog, Miss Pugslie.
