Since joining Kidmans in 2004 and becoming Managing Director in 2017, he has guided the firm with a clear focus on delivering practical, forward-thinking advice, building trusted client relationships and ensuring Kidmans stands out for the value and care it provides.
He is equally committed to creating an environment where people can thrive. Passionate about developing talent, he supports team members to pursue their career aspirations while fostering a high-performing culture grounded in shared values, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Outside work, he treasures time with his wife and three sons. A self-described handyman, he can often be found with a tool in hand, building or fixing something around the family home. He also enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle, with running, hiking, golf, tennis, cricket and skiing among his favourite pursuits. A strong believer in giving back, he volunteers at local sporting clubs in East Malvern and values every opportunity to contribute to the community.
